Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
Eradicate all avenues to solve a customer's concern, but if you can't, explain the why with an empathetic ear and communicate with sales management for assistance
Attend regular meetings with fellow Business Development Representatives, Sales Supervisors, and qualified sales management to receive coaching and feedback on how to improve client acquisition and sale
Providing above-and-beyond, fantastic client service by establishing trusting relationships with clients and providing them with the best sales experience imaginable
Work cross-functionally to identify ways to enable world-class customer service and sales practices at a scale
Establish and update accurate client information files in an online system and ensure clients receive all necessary follow-up information
Secure, analyze, and protect sensitive personal and financial information following company compliance guidelines
