Job Brief:
MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ESTIMATING EXPERANCE. A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS IN THE INDUSRTY WITH PROVEN TRACK RECORED.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to continue developing the existing sales pipeline to solicit new Commerical landscape maintenance contracts. The (BDM) will be responsible for developing an additional 1.3+ million dollars in new sales annually. Estimating and Sales of Commerical Landscape Maintenance, Enhancements, and Snow Management Services.

Commission on Sales / And Bonus
Generate 1.3 million dollars in new commercial landscape maintenance total revenue.
Continuous development of strategic sales pipeline.
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key decision makers, discovering their pain points, and developing value-based solutions
Effectively qualifying opportunities to gain valuable intelligence.
Building and presenting compelling customer-centric proposals
Working well with operations team members and leveraging their expertise with yours
Hitting specific activity benchmarks and closing business.
Securing Renewals, enhancements, and new maintenance sales.
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients.
Generating referrals from existing clients.
Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branchÆs financial goals.
Maintaining satisfactory accounts receivable levels.
Coordinating with the Branch Administration and Operations to ensure branch databases contain up-to-date client information.
Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal.
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills
Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels.
BachelorÆs Degree or equivalent work experience.
YouÆre driven, disciplined, focused, and enjoy prospecting.
Estimating commercial landscape maintenance, enhancement work, and snow removal services. Presenting job hours allotted to operations team.
A minimum of 10 years of prior face-to-face (B2B) selling experience, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry.
Hungry for sales! Caring for customers and team members.

Account Managment Skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and a large territory.
Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments.
Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Aspire, Align, and/or Asana) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Identify opportunities to partner with vendors and manufacturers.
Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales.
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
