Hi-Line Sales Manager
Location: Flemington, NJ
A family owned franchised Hi-Line Auto Dealership is looking to add an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. Candidates must have prior Sales Manager experience in Hi-Line vehicles. This position demands a high-energy professional who has experience creating a positive sales environment and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders
Establish and maintain working relationships with Auto Manufactures
Be proficient with inventory management
Determine the customerÆs need for finance and payment options
Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI)
Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels
Work with service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable
Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals
Qualifications:
Proven track record of achieving goals
Strong attention to details and the ability to work in a process driven environment
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to manage and lead people
Excellent organizational skills
Must have a valid driverÆs license and clean driving record
